Planned on a 6'838 square meter lot in the industrial zone “Werkstadt Zürisee” in Wädenswil, the development consists of 13'360 square meter usable area on three floors for production, logistics and office as well as underground parking. Despite the narrow location Hans Ritschard was able to create a building that offers optimal functional processes.

 

The structured facades of the project add aesthetics and great natural lighting – these come in form of high windows and natural coloring.

 

Employing the ecological concept to provide affordable space for local companies, the building is designed as a prefabricated concrete construction and isolated wall panels.
