Planned on a 6'537 square meter lot in the industrial zone “Wani” in Pfungen, the development consists of 3'340 square meter usable area on ground floor for storage and production, as well as 260 square meter office on an intermediate floor. Hans Ritschard managed to combine the high tech storage system with the needs of the production line.

A pond created next to the building serves as reservoir for the fire extinguishing as well as for balancing the heating – cooling system.

In order to comply with the narrow economic framework of the building, a construction with prefabricated concrete pillars and a standard steel construction for the facade was chosen.
